Portuguese football manager, José Mário dos Santos Mourinho Félix, popularly known as José Mourinho, has agreed on a three-year deal, to become the new manager of Manchester United.
Jose Mouinho concluded talks at a central London hotel, where he signed the contract.
The former Chelsea boss, left his house at 2.50pm on Thursday and returned home before 5pm, with documents in his hand and a bottle of red wine, having met with United’s executive vice-chairman, Ed Woodward, to seal the deal.
Discussions, which started on Tuesday and were delayed by negotiations over Mourinho’s image rights, finally finished on Thursday.
He is expected to be unveiled on Friday.
