Osun: A 15-year-old boy, Ayo Oladele, was on Thursday brought before an Osogbo Magistrates’ Court over the alleged theft of cable wires valued at about N300, 000.
The Prosecutor, Insp. Fagboyinbo Abiodun, told the court that the accused committed the offence on Aug. 21 at about midnight at the Halleluyah Estate, Osogbo.
Abiodun said the accused person conspired together with others now at large to steal the cable wires valued at about N300, 000 and kept it in an uncompleted building owned by one Oladele Samuel.

The accused pleaded not guilty to the two-count charge of theft and conspiracy.

Olowolagba said the sureties must reside within the court’s jurisdiction, with evidence of tax payment and two passport-sized photographs attached with an affidavit of means.
